Bedford Auto and Van Rentals is the primary source for mini van rentals in Northeastern Ohio, including the following cities and/or counties.

Our minivans are all late-model extended Chrysler products, equipped with dual air conditioning and heat, sliding doors on both sides, electric windows and locks, cruise control, and AM-FM with cassette. Capacity is seven persons, with luggage room behind the rear seat. These are no smoking vans.

There is no provision for carrying anything on the roof, not only because the roof is not load-bearing, but also because serious and expensive damage could result if items are placed on top of the van. Also, no towing of anything is permitted and is a violation of our contract.

MINI VAN RENTAL RATES:

$42.99 per day, or $259.99 a week. Includes 100 free miles per day, excess miles 25 cents per mile, or 1000 free miles per week and 25 cents thereafter. Unlimited miles available at $85.00 per day.
Optional collision damage waiver $15 per day covers everything except the first $200 damage.

Seats can only be removed by Bedford Auto Rental employee for $75.00. Evidence of seat removal by a customer will result in a $100.00 fine.

All rentals, both car and van, must be prepaid at time of rental.

make a deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit will secure a minivan. We do not over-book these, so your deposit will guarantee your van. That is why the deposit is non-refundable. We will not take a credit card over the phone, but a credit card sales slip signed in our office, or a check or cash, will suffice. Or you may make your deposit on this page of our web site using your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. In any case, be sure to confirm beforehand the dates and times you are reserving, and remember, you must have a major credit card to reserve your van.

Then on the next page, fill in your billing and rental information. If you need to change the quantity at any time, please remember to press the recalculate button before continuing. Press the continue button after completing the form.

Press “Confirm Reservation” if everything is correct. Press the Back button if you need to change anything. Upon confirming your reservation request, a copy of your reservation request will be emailed to you. We suggest you print out these instructions to guide you through the reservation process.
