Bedford Auto and Van Rentals is the primary source for SUV rentals in Northeastern Ohio, including the following cities and/or counties.

Our full size SUVs are all late-model Dodge Durango SLT’s, equipped with a V8, 4.7 liter engine, 4WD, ABS, dual air conditioning and heat, electric windows and locks, cruise control and CD player. Capacity is 7 persons (including optional 3rd row seat) and 20 cubic ft. of luggage space. These are no-smoking SUVs. Due to insurance regulations, no towing of anything is permitted and is a violation of our contract.
rates:
$45.99 per day, or $299.99 a week. Included free mileage 150 per day, excess miles 25 cents per mile. Unlimited miles available at $80.99 per day.
Optional collision damage waiver $18 per day covers everything except the first $200 deductible.
Seats can only be removed by Bedford Auto Rental employee for $75.00. Evidence of seat removal by a customer will result in a $100.00 fine.
All rentals, both car and van, must be prepaid at time of rental.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will secure an SUV. We do not over-book these, so your deposit will guarantee your SUV. That is why the deposit is non-refundable. We will not take a credit card over the phone, but a credit card sales slip signed in our office, or a check or cash, will suffice. Or you may make your deposit on this page of our web site using your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. In any case, be sure to confirm beforehand the dates and times you are reserving, and remember, you must have a major credit card to reserve your SUV.
Please read the following carefully!! To proceed with your reservation, click the red "make a deposit" link at the top of this page. Then on the next page, fill in your billing and rental information. If you need to change the quantity at any time, please remember to press the recalculate button before continuing. Press the continue button after completing the form.
Press “Confirm Reservation” if everything is correct. Press the Back button if you need to change anything. Upon confirming your reservation request, a copy of your reservation request will be emailed to you. We suggest you print out these instructions to guide you through the reservation process.
